Team Village Open: 5–9pm
Biz Dash 5K Starts at 7pm

The Spire Team Village is the hub of the Biz Dash! Hosted in the Centene Stadium East Plaza, it features team tents, music, food and beverage stands, tailgate games and more.

 

Be sure to arrive early to see the pre-race welcome, take part in the warm-up, and enjoy the festivities before the race. Individuals and teams will be highlighted on the LED screen during the pre-race festivities, and winners will also be recognized with awards on stage before and after the race.

Rent A Team Tent!
Make sure your team has a spot to hang out, enjoy your food and beverages, and refuel after the race in the Spire Team Village.

 

Team captains can purchase a tent via a team starter pack (with a set amount of race entries) or they can purchase à la carte via the Captain Store in RunSignUp.

 

Tents are limited and we will close reservations once they are sold out, even if it is before the deadline. Larger sized tents sell out first so make sure to reserve yours early! Only team captains can choose what size tent they would like as well as how many tables and chairs they will need. It is recommended that you determine the number of participants on your team before you purchase a team tent or meeting space.

 

Locations will be determined by the Biz Dash event management when payment is received. The map of team tents will be released the Monday before the event.

Make sure you know where to go when you arrive at the Spire Team Village. The Team Tent map identifies the areas for each company (listed in alphabetical order) and will be released the Monday before the Biz Dash.

Spire Team Village Tent Rules


  • There are a limited number of tent spaces available.
  • Orders are taken on a first come, first served basis.
  • It is recommended that you determine the number of participants on your company team before you purchase a team tent.
  • Private tents and tables are not allowed.
  • There will be NO: vehicles allowed in the team tent area, open flames, barbecue/grilling, live or amplified entertainment at your space.
  • There will be NO promotions, giveaways or sampling of food or beverages of any kind, unless otherwise given written permission by the Biz Dash event management.

  • Teams MUST PURCHASE a tent to pre-order food and beverage vouchers through official catering partners. No personal food or beverages will be allowed.
  • Teams are encouraged to decorate their team tents to enhance their area.
  • Generators will not be allowed so we recommend battery-powered items.
  • Teams will be able to drop off supplies and/or decorations for their tents prior to the event. (time released closer to the event)
  • These rules will be enforced by event staff throughout the pre-race and post-race festivities.


 

Food & Beverages
Participants will have the ability to purchase beverages and food from vendors throughout the Spire Team Village. Teams will also be able to pre-purchase food vouchers for their employees or beverages with a team space purchased. Details to be released this summer!

The Biz Dash will go on rain or shine. In the event of severe weather, a call will be made about the race at that time. Monitor the Biz Dash social media for any announcements. Participant safety is our number one priority.

5K Course

The heart of the Biz Dash is the 5K (3.1 miles) run/walk through Downtown St. Louis.

 

The course route typically showcases iconic spots around downtown and the exact route with turn-by-turn directions will be released closer to the event.

 

All levels of runners and walkers are welcome! More than half the crowd actually walks the race.
