The heart of the Biz Dash is the 5K (3.1 miles) run/walk through Downtown St. Louis. The route typically goes through the central corridor of the city with views of the Gateway Arch, Kiener Plaza, Busch Stadium, Union Station and ending right in front of the Spire Team Village at Energizer Park. All levels of runners and walkers are welcome! More than half the crowd actually walks the race.
The official 2026 Biz Dash course route will be announced later this spring with a map and turn-by-turn directions!
Participants can begin moving to the starting line around 6:40pm. The 5K will start at 7pm. Participants are chip-timed and should complete their 5K by 8pm to qualify for team scoring. The course will be open to traffic starting at 8:15pm.
The course route is subject to change. Participants will be notified of any changes before race day.
Those completing the Biz Dash 5K will have a race bib with a timing strip that automatically records your 5K time when you cross the finish line.
Participants can scan the QR code on their bib to see their time following the race.
