The Biz Dash is St. Louis’ version of the corporate run, which has become widely popular in many cities across the country. The heart of the event is to bring our community together and promote a healthy lifestyle. Studies have shown that the healthier (and happier) the employee, the more productive they are in the workplace thereby attributing to a higher achieving organization. The 10th annual Biz Dash 5K presented by World Wide Technology will return to CITYPARK in May 2025! Promote health and wellness in the workplace and encourage everyone to get outside and be active. All levels of runners and walkers are encouraged to participate for their “Company Team.” If your business isn’t involved, you can register on the Sports Foundation team and join in the fun!

Benefiting The St. Louis Sports Foundation
Through several innovative programs, the St. Louis Sports Foundation – the 501(c)(3) charitable affiliate of the St. Louis Sports Commission – promotes sportsmanship in the community and fosters a culture of kindness, respect, civility and selflessness. The Foundation also serves as the umbrella organization for the Sports Commission’s Olympic Legacy initiative, which aims to positively impact St. Louis through its opportunities as an Olympic City.
