A major goal of the Biz Dash is to bring our St. Louis community together, and now more than ever, we want to celebrate our region’s perseverance, strength, and courage. All levels of runners and walkers are encouraged to participate for their Company Team. It’s a great team bonding activity that promotes health and wellness in the workplace! In 2019, we had 250+ companies and 6,000 participants. We hope to get back to that in the future, but for now, we invite you to participate and celebrate living an active, healthy lifestyle while being socially distant!
The Biz Dash is open to employees from corporations, small and large businesses and financial institutions. Employees of non-business organizations (federal, state and municipal governments, educational institutions, and quasi-governmental organizations) are also eligible to participate as long as they are employed by the same unit, branch, chapter or school.
